1) The heat exchanger should undergo a hydrostatic test at 1.5 times its maximum operating pressure. For the steam section, the pressure should be no less than the steam supply pressure plus 0.3 MPa; for the hot water section, it should be no less than 0.4 MPa. Maintain the pressure at the test pressure for 10 minutes without pressure drop.
2) Sufficient space should be provided at the front end of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger for removing the tube bundle. The distance between the end caps and the wall or roof should not be less than the length of the heat exchanger. The clear width of the operating passage should not be less than 0.8 m.
3) 모든 밸브 및 기구의 설치 높이는 조작 및 관찰이 용이하도록 하여야 한다.
4) 상부히터부속품(일반적으로 안전밸브를 말한다)의 가장 높은 지점과 건물 구조물의 가장 낮은 지점 사이의 수직 간격은 설치 및 시험 요구사항을 충족해야 하며 0.2m 이상이어야 합니다.
